The remodelling of the 150,000 sq ft Arding & Hobbs building in Clapham Junction. This famous landmark will be carefully restored creating retail and office spaces and a new rooftop pavilion and terrace, giving this historic and much-loved building a new lease of life. Arding & Hobbs was built in 1910 as a department store and was recently home to Debenhams before they closed their doors for good last year. TK Maxx are currently tenants in part of the building and will remain in operation whilst we deliver the project.
