This recently-completed space for Derwent London in the midst of Fitzrovia provides a new central social and business meeting hub along with a lounge and café, all within the prestigious new development at 80 Charlotte Street. The scope includes an eclectic mix of materials including scalloped wall panelling, oak timber flooring, feature glazed partitions and a new lift housed within a Parisian-style shaft.
The delivery of the project has been a truly collaborative process between the whole team including Derwent London, Make, MSMR, Arup, Aecom and Avison Young.
