Knight Harwood is proud to be refurbishing Film House with @hines, a 1920s art deco landmark with a rich cinematic past, once home to the Associated British Pathé film company, Universal Pictures and five private cinemas, into high-quality commercial space for the future.
The transformation includes the creation of a double-height reception, new Cat A floors, refurbished WC and lift cores, upgraded end-of-trip facilities, and a rooftop Club Lounge, Bar and gym. A new entrance and shopfronts to retail units on Wardour Street, Sheraton Street and St Anne’s Court will further enhance the building’s presence in Soho.
Sustainability and wellbeing are at the heart of the project, with the scheme targeting BREEAM Excellent, WELL Platinum and full SMART building provision.
