We are delighted to announce that Knight Harwood have secured the Grain House project for Hines, in Covent Garden. The project comprises approximately 120,000 sq ft of commercial offices with retail space on the lower levels.
Structurally, the building will undergo significant remodelling, merging five existing buildings into one. Works include new piled foundations, an RC lift and stair core, structural steel infills and construction of an additional two floors.
The existing façades will be restored and finally, the first, second and third floors will be fitted out to Cat A and the fourth and fifth floors to Cat B in order to create Hines’ new European headquarters.
