Meet Ayub Kadiri, assistant construction manager at our Kent House project. Ayub tells us about his first impressions of Knight Harwood and our induction process.

How did you find the Knight Harwood induction process?

The induction at Knight Harwood was highly informative. I gained a solid understanding of the company’s operations and culture, which prepared me well for my role at Kent House. The structured nature of the days allowed me to meet a variety of Knight Harwood employees from a variety of departments. The focus on best practices highlighted Knight Harwood’s commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork. Overall, it provided me with useful knowledge and relationships I’m eager to use moving forward.

What is your favourite part of your job?

My favourite part of my role is the variety of challenges, both on-site and in the office, which keep me engaged and constantly learning. I appreciate the opportunities for growth and the supportive, collaborative environment of my team. Social gatherings also help strengthen both personal and professional relationships, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
