It has been an exciting time for everyone involved in the handover of our Newson’s Yard scheme in Belgravia, formerly a Travis Perkins builders yard. The project to re-model the building has completely rejuvenated the space and provided a world-class retail environment, integrating seamlessly into the local Pimlico Road design district. The scheme also includes the creation of nine residential units constructed behind retained façades.
