Overview

The creation of a new headquarters for the expanding international publisher Pan Macmillan which was designed to deliver a dynamic workspace environment for 250 staff.

Set over eight floors, the building features three new staircases and specialist joinery finishes which visually link the three largest floor plates, placing a real focus on ‘new ways of working’ and positively impacting the staff’s experience and the success of the business.

With views over St Paul’s Cathedral, the top floors benefit from a variety of distinctive features, including ten roof terraces and natural light on all four sides.
