We’re pleased to take the opportunity to show you the progress on our project for the Grosvenor Estate. A mixed-use retail and residential scheme constructed behind retained façades on the busy Pimlico Road. What was an old builder’s merchants for many years is being completely remodelled to create modern retail units and nine apartments. An important focus for the project is the sustainability aspect and to this end the team have worked hard to retain and reuse key elements of the existing building. Aside from the retained brick façade, slate roofs and box gutters, we plan to utilise reclaimed London Stock bricks to create new walls and to clad new steelwork.
