Overview
The creation of a modern-contemporary home in a classic Grade II listed villa, situated in Holland Park. As main contractor on this design-and-build scheme, Knight Harwood took on all responsibility for the delivery of the scheme. The whole property was structurally reconfigured and extended before being fitted out to the highest specification.
Finishes incorporated into this scheme included leather, stone, exotic veneers, fabric and polished plaster. The property was also crammed full of the latest technology.
