Our Special Works team had the pleasure of working with Platform Associates for our client at 90 Long Acre to design and build a new headquarters space, executive suite and meeting rooms on the sixth floor, delivering a high-quality Cat B fit out to complement the recently completed Cat A works.
The brief was to create a statement floor that celebrates the building’s rich history and exposed reinforced concrete structure, while offering flexibility for shared use of the executive areas by other building occupants.
We are also delighted to share that 90 Long Acre has recently won two awards, Excellence in Large-Scale City-Centre Retrofit from The Institute of Structural Engineers and Retrofit Project of the Year at the @propertyweek ESG EDGE Awards 2025. Well done to the whole project team!
