Overview
Refurbishment of a 1920s art deco building to provide high quality commercial space. The building was formerly home to the Associated British Pathé film company and Universal Pictures; at one time it housed five different private cinemas.
The scope includes the creation of a double height reception space, the installation of new Cat A floors, refurbishment of the WC and lift core areas and uplift to the end of trip facilities. A rooftop Club Lounge and Bar will be created, along with a gym, a new entrance and installation of the shopfronts to two retail areas on Wardour Street, Sheraton Street and St Anne’s Court. The building will attain BREEAM excellent, WELL platinum and will have SMART building provision.
