Overview
The remodelling of an eight-storey Art Deco building located in Fitzrovia, for our client Great Portland Estates.
The project consists of new amenity indoor and outdoor space at roof level offering fantastic views across the West End. A reception fit out, a refresh of the lift lobbies, staircores and toilet cores, and installation of new end of journey cycle storage with shower facilities completes the scope. Repairs will be carried out to the Portland stone façade on all elevations.
