Overview

Henry Wood House is located in the heart of London, directly opposite the BBC on Regent Street and is a prominent feature of the West End skyscape, constructed as a 1960s’ office block comprising of a 16-storey tower block and two five-storey interconnecting wings. The property is occupied by The Office Group and the Treehouse Hotel. This scheme will see the remediation of the existing failing façade system with replacement of the majority of the windows and doors and applying Sto render over existing mosaic and granite cladding.

The building’s central London location, near Oxford Circus, will require careful planning and consideration with the logistics associated with the tenants, especially the Treehouse Hotel who will remain in occupation throughout the project.
