Set within The Featherstone Building in Old Street, DL/28 is a beautifully crafted amenity space designed to bring people together, to work, connect and unwind.
Across two levels, the lounge offers a calm, flexible environment for Derwent London’s community: from open coworking zones and private meeting rooms to quiet library spaces, a café, and an outdoor terrace.
We are proud to have worked with Derwent London on this project which completed in 2023. DL/28 continued the success of DL/78 in Fitzrovia, building on Derwent London’s vision to create places that go beyond workspace, fostering collaboration and wellbeing at the heart of London.
