Our business was formed in 2005 by John Knight and Ian Harwood who, alongside the board of directors, embarked on a journey with the aim of building the best construction firm in London. We all want to be a part of a business that people are proud of and want to belong to. The directors have surrounded themselves with like-minded and trustworthy people who share the common thread of a strong work ethic and passion for excellence.

What we do
The majority of our projects are in Central London and the surrounding home counties. Our projects include new build schemes, heavy and structural refurbishment and fit out projects. We enjoy joining the professional team at an early stage in our projects to help unlock the challenges and this often means being involved in the design development process and key decision making on procurement, timing and logistics.
We are intensely client and project focused and seek to instil a positive and collaborative attitude on all projects. Creating a positive health and safety culture on every project is at the forefront of our teams thinking. This includes the presentation of our sites and the workplace which are hugely important to our business and help to create positive working environment. We strive to take ownership of projects and their challenges, becoming the driving force that every project needs.

We are fortunate to have a wealth of experience in a range of sectors including commercial offices for both developers and tenants; retail, leisure and hospitality facilities; education schemes; and residential schemes for both developers and private owners. Our extensive portfolio includes a range of restoration projects and historic buildings.
Our Special Works division undertakes smaller scale projects from £10k to £4M, adopting the same approach towards quality and delivery.
