We are excited to announce the handover of this 150,000 sq ft commercial building, situated on Old Bailey, formed of two interconnecting elements (the Grade II listed front and the more modern rear extension). The building was structurally remodelled and upgraded to provide ten floors Grade-A office accommodation with landscaped terracing on four floors.
A major part of the scheme was the new glazed façade.
