Knight Harwood recently secured the refurbishment of One Bow Churchyard with Aviva, our 3rd significant project with this Client. The 38,000 ft² scheme will provide prime office accommodation over six floors in the heart of the City of London by St Paul’s Cathedral. Works have recently commenced on site and includes remodelling the façade and new MEPH installations throughout as part of the Cat A fit out.
