Overview
A new five-storey residential development located within the Westminster Abbey and Parliament Square conservation area, just minutes from the Houses of Parliament. The construction included nine modern, high-specification apartments with basement car parking. The car park uses a car lift, vehicle turntable and car-stacking equipment to optimise use of the space. The penthouse apartments’ roof terraces have views across to Westminster Abbey and the London Eye.
This resulted in a close working relationship being developed with English Heritage and the Museum of London to ensure a full archaeological investigation of the site.
