Nestled between history and progress, this project was about more than just bricks and mortar, it was about breathing new life into a building with a story to tell. With panoramic views of the Old Bailey and the City of London, the transformation brought together the elegance of a Grade II listed façade from the early 20th century with the scale and modernity of a late-90s extension.
Through extensive structural remodelling, we delivered 10 floors of flexible, Grade-A office space, now totalling 156,000 sq ft for @enduranceland , with landscaped terraces on four levels and a striking new glazed façade that carefully interfaces with the retained historic elements.
