A memorable project for Knight Harwood, the creation of a distinctive headquarters for international publisher @panmacmillan.
This dynamic workspace, designed to support over 250 staff, was created across eight floors and set a new benchmark for collaborative working environments. Three new staircases and carefully detailed joinery finishes connect the largest floor plates, encouraging movement and interaction while placing a clear emphasis on new ways of working.
The upper floors, with panoramic views over St Paul’s Cathedral, are defined by ten roof terraces and an abundance of natural light on all four sides, a striking setting that enhances both staff wellbeing and the identity of the business.
