Knight Harwood have secured an appointment on a major project at 16 Old Bailey. The project includes significant structural remodelling and extension of the existing building to provide ten floors of flexible, modern, Grade A commercial space with landscaped terracing on four floors.
The new increased area of the building will be 156,000 sq ft, providing stunning views towards the Old Bailey High Court and the City of London, an impressive double height reception and a duplex office suite on the top two floors. A major part of the scope is a new glazed façade.
