Congratulations to our team at Arding & Hobbs, who have completed and handed over this iconic building in Clapham Junction recently, working in conjunction with the professional team and our client, W.RE, who are delighted with the quality of the product we have delivered. The newly refurbished building will transform this part of Clapham Junction, offering a mix of high-quality retail and leisure space and prime commercial office space, with the new rooftop extension, wrapped with an intricate bronze rainscreen cladding, adding a modern touch to a building steeped in history.
