Our Special Works division have successfully negotiated the first of several phases of the refurbishment of the historic, Grade I listed Ashridge House for Education First. The scheme will create a brand-new modern restaurant/ café for the public and visitors to use. The café is designed to ensure that the existing building’s historic character is retained where possible. The project starts this month and finishes in November.
