A complex refurbishment scheme to combine five existing buildings into one, with three additional floors added to provide prime office and retail space for our client, Hines, in Covent Garden.
The façade and roof works are currently drawing to a conclusion ready for the external scaffolds to be struck. Internally, the fit out is progressing well with the core partitions formed and services installations and wall linings to the open-plan office floors underway.
