It doesn’t seem long ago that we announced the commencement of work on Grain House, Covent Garden, our project for Hines. As you can see, work on the building, which also becomes Hines’ new European headquarters, is progressing well.
This 120,000 sq ft refurbishment and extension of four buildings on London’s busy Drury Lane will create flexible leisure, retail and hospitality space on the basement and ground floor, with commercial floors above.
