Knight Harwood are delighted with the completion of our mixed use scheme at Fetter Lane for Evans Randall. This £24 million, 104,000 sq ft project involved remodelling a tired 90’s office building, creating modern office facilities with retail space. It was designed by John Robertson Architects, Heyne Tillett Steel and MTT. Alinea Consulting are the PQS.
