Henry Wood House is a 1960s office block, comprised of a 16-storey tower block and two five-storey interconnecting wings. It is owned by Derwent London and is occupied by The Office Group (TOG and Fora) and Treehouse Hotels. This scheme will see the reconstruction of the existing façade with replacement of the windows and doors and applying Sto render over the existing mosaic and granite cladding.

The building’s location, along Regent Street near Oxford Circus, requires careful planning and consideration with the logistics associated with the tenants, especially The Treehouse Hotel who will remain in occupation throughout the project.
