Every project we deliver at Knight Harwood has an important emphasis on sustainability and how we can minimise the impact that construction has on the environment and surrounding community. At our project with The Mercers’ Company in the City of London, Frederick’s Place, we are using energy saving systems such as the Hybrid VRF System, an air conditioning system that can reduce energy costs by 19% and uses 75% less refrigerant. This substantially reduces the amount of global warming potential (GWP) gases.
We are also incorporating the Swegon Wise Dampers system into the design, which connects the windows to the ventilation system to ensure the space is ventilated, cooled or heated efficiently, thus achieving the perfect temperature at all times without wasting energy.
