We are always looking for ways to bring introduce talent into our construction industry and nurture the young people who join us. Last year, we welcomed students Gabriel and Jake to Knight Harwood for a week of work experience.
They spent time with various departments to gain an overview of design management, marketing, accounts, experiencing technical meetings, and even attending a tender adjudication meeting. To ensure they gained a holistic view of our business, they also visited two completed projects, at Fetter Lane and Old Bailey, where they could see the quality and attention to detail that Knight Harwood strives for on all projects.
Later in the year, Ayub joined the project team at one of our private residential projects for his work experience. He is currently studying engineering management at the University of East London and hopes to start a career in construction management soon with Knight Harwood.
