We are delighted to have secured an exciting £10 million mixed-use scheme in Chelsea called Newson’s Yard, an historic builder’s yard, still used by Travis Perkins. This is our first project with Grosvenor Estate.
The project involves major demolition, followed by a refurbishment and new build behind retained façades to form a vibrant retail and event space with 7 retail units and 9 apartments.
