Overview
A complex two storey office extension in Mayfair using innovative timber techniques. The scheme involves replacing the top two floors of an existing building and erection of a new glulam and CLT structure to form a new 7th floor and green roof.
Externally new terraces and façade enhancements will include stone façade cleaning and replacement of existing glazing. SFS anodized cladding and brick-slips will be installed to the newly formed elevations.
Internally structural modifications will be carried out to the lower floors including staircase repositioning and alterations to existing slabs. A newly configured reception entrance, and fit out to Cat A and shell and core will complete the scheme.
