Overview
Located next to a Grade II listed building, this major rebuild and refurbishment scheme provided retail, office and residential mixed-use space. The project was carried out in a challenging West End location, while apartments on site remained occupied.
A total of 15 residential units were constructed, including a three-bedroom penthouse, nine affordable residential units and two private rental units. Finishes incorporated reclaimed mahogany parquet flooring, timber sash windows and period mouldings. The contemporary residential units comprised pale timber flooring, full-height glazing to living space and stunning fitted joinery, kitchens and bathrooms.
