Overview

Located in Soho Square, this nine-storey building has been entirely remodelled and rebranded for AVIVA with the 1920s heritage bronze windows being reconditioned. The project was in a logistically challenging environment due to its proximity to Tottenham Court Road Station; this required constant close liaison with Crossrail.

The scheme involved the structural reconfiguration of core areas and a major overhaul of the basement plant strategy to create improved lettable space; a full Cat A fit out including AET underfloor heating and cooling and installation of high-performance triplex lifts; and the complete toilet core fit out.
