Overview
The refurbishment and rebrand of a six-storey contemporary office building of outstanding architectural quality. Designed to create an extremely distinctive working environment, the remodelled hotel-style reception with full-height glazing creates an impressive sense of arrival. The office floors provide a loft office effect with neatly-installed exposed services.
Working around the existing ground-floor retail tenant, Opening Ceremony, was a key challenge including maintaining their services whilst undertaking major structural works and a full office fit out to Cat A.
